Edge AI Advisory — An Edge of Company Business

Turn AI uncertainty
into a working
business plan.

Edge AI Advisory helps established companies identify the AI systems worth building, create an implementation-ready blueprint, and launch a measurable 90-day activation plan.

An Edge of Company business, built on trusted relationships across emerging technology, media, events and founder communities.

Fixed scope · Fixed price · 15-business-day Fundamentals Sprint · Backed by Edge of Company's operator network

Most companies are
stuck between the hype
and the work.

Founders, CEOs, and operators know AI should be improving their business. Customer support is still drowning in repetitive tickets. Sales reps are spending hours on admin that adds no value. Staff can't find the information they need to do their jobs.

The problem isn't awareness. It's implementation. Most organisations have explored the tools, attended the demos, and started a pilot or two — and then watched them stall. No clear owner, no defined scope, no measurable outcome.

What operators need is a structured process — not a generalist firm's staffing model, not another strategy deck, and not a scope that expands indefinitely.

Not this

A generalist AI consultancy that staffs junior resources and bills by the hour.

Not this

A vendor reseller pitching a single-tool solution before understanding your stack.

Not this

An open-ended engagement with no defined deliverables, timeline, or exit.

From ambiguity to activation

Every Sprint follows the same five phases. Each phase has a defined output. Nothing moves forward without a clear handoff.

01
Align

Define objectives, constraints, and success criteria with executive stakeholders. Output: objectives brief.

02
Map

Inventory workflows across the three priority business functions. Output: workflow opportunity map.

03
Score

Prioritise up to 8 opportunities against feasibility, data readiness, and business value. Output: scored opportunity card.

04
Design

Recommend solution architecture with real alternatives. No single-vendor steering. Output: architecture brief + activation blueprint.

05
Activate

90-day activation roadmap and executive readout. Designed to produce an implementation-ready blueprint within 15 business days. Output: roadmap + readout.

Three operational problems
every established company has.

These are not AI-hype use cases. They are real operational bottlenecks with measurable impact — and they recur across industries, even as the workflows, risks and economics vary by organisation.

01

Customer Support Automation

Inquiry triage, knowledge retrieval, suggested responses, ticket classification, routing, escalation, follow-up, trend analysis, and quality review — designed to reduce handling time on routine interactions while preserving human judgment for sensitive cases, complex issues, and high-value relationships.

Measures: support handling time · first-response accuracy · escalation rate · CSAT
02

Lead Research & Sales Operations

Lead enrichment, account research, qualification support, routing, response drafting, CRM maintenance, meeting prep, follow-up, proposal inputs, and pipeline intelligence — designed to identify opportunities to reduce sales rep admin time and improve lead response quality.

Measures: lead response time · CRM data completeness · pipeline velocity · rep capacity
03

Internal Knowledge & Search

Search across approved internal documents, employee Q&A, policy and process retrieval, onboarding support, and source-linked answers with permission-aware access — designed to reduce time staff spend locating institutional knowledge and to surface the right information at the right moment.

Measures: search resolution time · onboarding speed · escalation-to-policy rate

How Edge runs its own operations

Edge uses Coco, its internal AI operations assistant, to support selected research, lead-operations, reporting, workflow and document-production activities. This gives Edge direct operating experience with the kinds of systems it helps clients evaluate and implement.

Three ways to engage.
One clear path forward.

Fixed scope, fixed price. No open-ended retainers without agreed deliverables. No staffing-model billing. No surprises.

Discuss your scope

Backed by a network.
Run like a specialist firm.

Edge AI Advisory is a business unit of Edge of Company, Inc. — a technology media and events company with a trusted operator network, podcast audience, and community of founders, CTOs, and builders. That network is our unfair advantage. The advisory practice is how we turn it into a structured, deliverable-based service.

Operator network access

Edge of Company has built trusted relationships with founders, CEOs, and technical operators across media, events, and community. Edge draws on this ecosystem to inform its perspective and identify relevant expertise. Introductions may be considered case by case; they are not a standard contractual deliverable.

Specialist, not generalist

We do not staff junior resources on a time-and-materials basis. Every Fundamentals Sprint and Operational engagement is led by an experienced advisor who has read the brief. You are not passed to a delivery team after the sale.

Tool independence

Edge AI Advisory evaluates solutions based on client requirements. We present real alternatives, never predetermine a vendor, and disclose any commercial relationship with a platform we recommend. Clients own their own accounts and data.

Human oversight by design

We do not design unsupervised autonomous systems or promise complete automation without accountability. Every workflow we build preserves a defined human oversight layer for sensitive interactions, complex cases, and exceptions.

Emerging technology credibility

Edge of Company has built credibility in emerging technology through media, events, and community — not a vendor sales channel. That credibility is the foundation Edge AI Advisory is built on.

We run our own systems

Edge uses Coco, its internal AI operations assistant, to support selected research, reporting and workflow activities. This gives Edge direct operating experience with the kinds of systems it helps clients evaluate and implement — not just a consultancy perspective.

Time saved

Hours reclaimed per week on support, research, and knowledge retrieval — measured per workflow, per function, from your own baseline.

Operating cost

Reduction in cost-per-ticket, cost-per-lead-qualified, or cost-per-query — tracked against pre-implementation benchmarks.

Lead response

Time from lead signal to first qualified response — a measurable operational output, not a conversion promise.

Support quality

First-response accuracy rate, escalation rate, and customer satisfaction scores — compared to your pre-implementation data.

We design measurement frameworks before implementation begins — not after. No speculative financial projections are presented as fact. Results are measured against your own pre-implementation baseline, not industry benchmarks or projected averages.

Tool-aware.
Tool-independent.

Edge AI Advisory evaluates solutions against each client's requirements. We never predetermine a vendor, and we never build a decorative wall of logos. The right tool for your context may not be the tool we know best — and we say so.

Partner platform

Willo

Willo is a platform Edge knows closely — an AI-native business-building platform with which Edge has a commercial relationship. Edge may recommend Willo where it is appropriate for a client's requirements. Clients own their own Willo account, data, and billing relationship directly.

Edge discloses all commercial platform relationships. Willo is recommended only when Edge believes it is appropriate for the client.

Technology evaluation

Platform-neutral by default

Depending on your stack and requirements, Edge may evaluate additional platforms, introduce you to relevant technology companies, train your team, design workflows, and coordinate implementation — without committing you to a vendor before we understand your architecture.

Specific technology recommendations are scoped per engagement. No platform is predetermined before we read your brief.

Commercial relationship disclosure

Edge evaluates solutions based on each client's requirements. We may recommend implementation partners, including companies with which Edge has a commercial relationship. We disclose those relationships and recommend a partner only when we believe it is appropriate for the client's needs.

Common questions,
direct answers.

What exactly is included in the $12,500 Sprint?
The Sprint covers one operating company, up to three business functions (customer support, lead research, or internal knowledge), up to five stakeholder interviews, up to eight opportunities scored, up to three solution architectures reviewed, one detailed activation blueprint, a 90-day implementation roadmap, and an executive readout. It is delivered remotely with one consolidated revision round. Full production implementation, custom software development, large data migrations, legal or compliance certification, and unlimited interviews are explicitly outside scope unless separately scoped.
Why is the Sprint included in the Operational tier?
Because the Sprint is a prerequisite for a well-scoped implementation. Including it in the Operational engagement means we start from a shared, structured understanding of your workflows and constraints — rather than estimating scope on assumptions. The arithmetic is transparent: the Sprint costs $12,500 standalone, so the first month of the Operational engagement carries no additional Sprint charge. You pay $7,500 per month for six months, for a total of $45,000.
Who should request an assessment?
The best-fit client is a Founder, CEO, COO, or operational leader at a company with 15 or more employees, an operating business with meaningful workflow complexity, a decision-maker involved in the process, and a project budget of at least $10,000. You need to be willing to provide systems and stakeholder access. Pre-revenue or unfunded companies, solo operators, equity-only proposals, and organisations with a mature in-house AI team already executing are not a fit.
What happens after the Sprint if we don't continue to Operational?
You receive a complete set of deliverables — the opportunity inventory, scored architecture, activation blueprint, and 90-day roadmap — that you can implement yourself or hand to a third party. The Sprint is designed to be implementation-ready without requiring a continued engagement with Edge. You are not locked in.
How does Edge select which tools to recommend?
Edge evaluates tools based on your requirements, stack, data environment, and workflow context — not a preferred vendor list. We present real alternatives, disclose any commercial relationships we have with platforms we recommend, and recommend a partner only when we believe it is appropriate for your situation. Clients own their own accounts and billing relationships with any third-party platform.
Is this a crypto or Web3 consultancy?
No. Edge AI Advisory describes operational problems and business outcomes that exist across industries. The three priority use cases — customer support, lead research, and internal knowledge — are identical whether you are running a crypto company, a services firm, or an e-commerce business. Edge's initial outreach may concentrate in networks where Edge already has trust, but the advisory practice and its methodology are industry-agnostic.
What does Edge AI Advisory not do?
We do not staff junior resources on open-ended time-and-materials engagements. We do not promise fully autonomous systems without human oversight. We do not guarantee conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or implementation results. We do not conduct cybersecurity audits, provide legal advice, or certify regulatory compliance. We do not travel on-site unless separately scoped. We do not provide change-scope work without a paid change request process.

This is a fit check,
not a sales call.

Tell us about your company, your current AI posture, and what you're trying to solve. We review each request and come back with either a qualified discovery call invitation or an honest note that we're not the right fit.

We review every submission personally and respond promptly. No spam or generic high-pressure follow-up.
